FluidBody ~ Sensual Meditative Movement

FluidBody is a way of life that explores and activates your inner feminine qualities - soft, flowing and receptive.  The movements are more yin-like in nature, with less structure and without force.  Through an integration of breath awareness, undulating wave motion and yoga postures your innate wisdom will guide you to explore and deepen into each movement according to your own needs.

Like the snake, we shed our skin of old limiting patterns and move out of stagnation into liberation.  Sensation is a pathway to pleasurable embodiment and self connection.  When the mind is relaxed, the body is eased of tension and stress. By surrendering and allowing, we then have the ability to create spatial freedom in our bodies and in our lives.

Each class is unique and offers wonderful opportunities to awaken, unfold, grow and transform so that we can move through life with greater ease and awareness.

The organic nature of this practice makes it suitable for those who are physically challenged to participate.

Sacred Womb Dance

The Womb is the center of creation, yet in Western culture it is avoided and not given much attention.

Sacred Womb Dance is a form of ecstatic dance that calls forth the Divine energies of the Goddess to move through us for healing and transformation.

In ancient times, many cultural societies used dance as a spiritual practice. Today, in our modern world, we draw upon these ancient dance forms for inspiration and activation. Focus is given to the Womb-space and heart-space for integration and awakening of new-found vitality…breathing, opening, feeling and moving into conscious expansion and pleasurable embodiment.

Its foundation comes from the elemental forces of creation & power animals - there are four basic movements that are woven into an organic expression of the Divine.   The use of Mudras (hand gestures) and Vocal Alchemy (sacred  tonal sounds) are sometimes expressed to enhance the experience for greater awareness and empowerment.
