 Journey with us through the 3:3:3 Portal... An evening of Sonic Bliss to relax, restore and recreate as we approach the Vernal Equinox and align with 5^th dimensional frequencies.

On March 3 is the first triple Stargate of 2010, and from a numerology standpoint this 3:3:3 portal culminates to the number 9 which relates to completion and letting go. The number 3 represents self-expression, creativity, inspiration, optimism, communication and joy. It is also associated with the element of fire,  and is the heat of our passions which fuels our will,  giving us the drive to get things done. This 3 year is about expansiveness and being active.

Harmonious sound has the ability to clear negative patterns and energy distortions from within the cells of the physical body and helps to rebalance the chakras, meridians and energy field, allowing individuals to live from their highest potential. We then have the ability to attract positive experiences into our lives to manifest wholeness, happiness and abundance.

FluidForm is an integration of breath awareness, vocal release and organic movement that originates from ancient practices- Hawai’ian and EgyptianTemple dances and Yoga postures. This will assist individuals in moving through life with greater ease and with conscious awareness.

You will be guided to explore and express your inner wisdom and to deepen into each movement according to your own particular needs.Breath and sound will carry you into your unlimited potential to be your magnificent self as we share and create joyful connection with our bodies and each other.

Fluid Body Yoga 

Fluid Body Yoga is a practice that explores postures from the inside out with less structure and without force. The movements are undulating and wave-like . You will be guided to deepen into each posture through breath awareness, inner wisdom and your own particular needs. This style is more feminine/yin in nature and compliments other Yoga practices.

The Flight ~ Ka Lele (Hawai'ian Breath & Movement Journey)

The Flight is a Hawai’ian Shamanic practice that was designed by Kahunas in ancient times for individuals to experience healing and transformation. The Flight is a powerful vehicle for traveling through dimensions of time, space and reality. This ancient hawai’ian “rite of passage” will midwife us into love, freedom and expanded consciousness. With heightened awareness available, now is the time to release limiting patterns and beliefs to flow more freely. As we let go, we have the opportunity to raise our frequency, embody more light, open ourselves to new experiences and remember our wholeness. We will bring forth great mana (spiritual power) and aloha (unconditional love, joy and compassion) for the purpose of aligning heaven and earth in our bodies (the merging of the Divine Masculine & Divine Feminine).
